About

CYT offers classes over the course of three sessions during the school year: Fall, Winter, and Spring. Weekly classes last for two hours and run for ten consecutive weeks. A variety of classes are offered in drama, voice, dance, and specialty classes that vary per session. Most of the classes are small to insure personal attention and growth. At the end of a CYT session, students will come away with improved skills in the area of emphasis. During the last week of class, a high-energy showcase is presented by each class to demonstrate to other students, family, and friends what they have learned.

*NOTE If the class your child wants to take is full, please email patti@cytlafayette.org. We have waiting lists and can potentially create a new class if there are students who are interested.

*COVID-19 - All health protocols will be followed in order to keep our students and teachers safe. A full list of protocols will be to registered families.

Classes (Lafayette, Vermilion, and Central)

Classes are held every fall, winter and spring for kids ages 4 to 18. Each session is 10 weeks long with one class a week. Each session ends with a family showcase to see what the kids have learned. In addition, at the beginning of each session kids 8 to 18 can audition for the big shows which if cast would require additional rehearsal days.

"CYT Lafayette is a great way for your child to explore their creative side in a Christian atmosphere."
