Description

This class is designed to give kids ages 6-7 an introduction to musical theater. The students in this class will participate in a variety of musical theater activities and lessons, create art projects, play theatre games, and work on a showcase that will be presented at the end of the class session. The kids LOVE the opportunity to get on stage and perform! This session, we will focus on songs from Zootopia!

My name is Maria Kimball and I have been involved with CYT for 5 years through my daughter who began with ‪the Wiggles‬ at 5 years old. I have been a teacher in St. Landry Parish for 24 years with the last 15 years in Pre-K. I am looking forward to fostering the development of a lifelong love of music, theatre, and the arts through this class!
