Description

This is an introductory musical theater class for ages 6-7! The students will get an overview of singing, dancing, acting, and creative art projects. They will also work on a showcase performance to be presented at the end of the 10-week class. This is a great way to introduce students to a variety of musical theater concepts, and this class is SO much fun! This session we will focus on Knights and Princesses!

My name is Maria Kimball and I have been involved with CYT for 5 years through my daughter who began with ‪the Wiggles‬ at 5 years old. I have been a teacher in St. Landry Parish for 24 years with the last 15 years in Pre-K. I am looking forward to fostering the development of a lifelong love of music, theatre, and the arts through this class!
